RIGHTS AND DUTIES Dear all, Human rights We and our rights Minorities rights, women's rights, children's protection rights, labor rights, employees rights, in fact, human rights; are all in the discussion every day. So, our today’s topic is about them. Rights are the security under law or every person is eligible to be protected under the umbrella of the law. As the societies get civilized, they realize to facilitate common people. Awareness campaigns, undoubtedly, played a major role in it. No one can forget their revolutionist, their contributions, sacrifices and struggles to bring their efforts to a meaningful end. Exploring ancient cultures There are many civilizations that had been destroyed and disappeared from the earth that no one knows properly. We assume from their unearth remains that they were civilized in their daily lives but it does not prove that they had provided their people with rights. Might be, that they were like many other cruel and greedy rul...

DISCRIMINATION IN HUMANITY

Image
Dear all, We should not be prejudiced against humanity; whatever the situation we should come forward and help the people who are suffering at any critical time. Whether they are in some natural disaster or being trapped in oppression or victim of cruelty, we should help them keep aside our liking and disliking. Help and humanity should not discriminate against religion, race, language, geographic division, or complexion. We are all same and humans. Our traditions, way of living, or accent may be different but one thing is the same and that is we are humans. We should feel the pain of others. Minorities are the main victims of inhuman practices; one vibrant example is the Muslims of Myanmar (Burma). They have been slaughtered, pulled out of the country, and forced to become refugees in other countries. The good news in regard is that the issue grabbed the attention of international media after so many brutal incidents. Now it’s been expected that they will be provided the...

KIDNEY TRADING

Image
Dear all, Donating something for someone’s betterment is a noble cause and much significant action. Only kind-hearted people can do the same to prove themselves true human beings. Donations are not restricted in the shape of cash or moveable properties but people sacrifice their body organs for other treatments. There are many examples when a person declares a will to donate its body parts like eyes, kidneys, heart, liver, etc to various needy patients. Due to the latest research and technology, it becomes very easy for surgeons to transplant the said organs to donees. When we talk about kidney donation, we observe that most of the time, it is preferred that the donor should be a close relative. A close one may avoid many complications in a kidney transplant. On the other hand, if the donor is an outsider then it takes a lot of checks before the procedure. Blood and tissue match is a common term and there are many more precautions. But both ways are popular for this procedu...

EUNUCH - STRUGGLE FOR RECOGNITION

Image
Hello all, Recently, I have watched T.V drama on “ARY digital” with the title “Khuda Mera Bhi hai” meaning “God is mine too”. The subject was acceptance of eunuch as a child and a citizen. Most civilized countries have no issues in this regard, people with this gender are living a satisfied life there but in Asia, this gender is not treated as they deserve. We have a discriminatory attitude towards them. There was an era when they have respectful status in the palaces of Mughal emperors. In our society, a lot of people want to hear this sentence at the time of delivery “congratulations, it is a baby boy”, there are few who are satisfied with a baby girl but the situation worsens when it is the third gender. Most parents refuse to accept such a child right after birth. They think that it is shameful to accept them and that society will make fun of this incident.  People assume such parents as unhealthy in a way that they are unable to give birth to a boy or a girl. Thi...

INTOLERANCE

Image
Hello all, We are impatient for centuries or having it in our instinct but now intolerance has also complicated our behaviors.  We as a human should take some positive criticism to promote our personality but the situation is quite different. We even do not want to see such a person around us who is against our views. Such behavior of “I am perfect” is like living in a fool’s paradise. Nobody is perfect; we all have some flaws in our personalities. Each one of us is different from others, our perspective is unlike an approach to some subjects and may vary every time. We should listen to others with patience, whether the opponent is true or not. Generally, It gives us the experience to understand others' personalities and views they have about us. Intolerance is becoming a general behavior globally; internationally it can be illustrated very easily. Recently polling results are being criticized in developed and powerful countries. Presidents/Prime Ministers of democra...

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY; ITS VALUE AND IMPORTANCE ACCORDING TO ME... Hello all, Women's Day  8 th March, the “Women’s Day”, a day to remember the continuous struggle of this gender for their rights. The world is celebrating the day to salute and admit the worth they have. This day is being celebrated since 1914 on 8 th March. We must not celebrate the day as a formality (as many do) but we need to admit its importance of them in our society. If you do not admit it still they are vibrant in their roles. A Woman A woman is kind when she is a mother, guide as a teacher, friend as a sister, partner as a housewife, dedicated towards duties as a co-worker, and so on. They ruled, they played, served, conquered, entertain, and succeeded in all the ways of life, but lesser appreciated as they deserved. It took a long time for winning recognition. Give this attitude an end and state a new way of equality and appreciation. Being a father of two loving girls and a naug...
