Now, the joy of winter is tasty and ripe citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, lemon, etc. It is almost available in all parts of the world with all their season of taste and joy. These citrus fruits are known as a valuable source of vitamin c but they are also a good source of Potassium, calcium, vitamin A, and folate. Fiber is a very useful and effective part of citrus fruits that are often overseas while juicing them. We remove the fiber or throw it away while making the juice. If you are not liking it to eat there is another way to use it. Make a face pack to nourish your skin.
In our busy lifestyle, we ignored many routines like eating fruits in their original. We love to juice them, make a pie, fill a glass of smoothie, crush them with ice for shakes and bury them under huge sweet layers of trifles. Don't judge me I am against all these delightful desserts. I am full of love with all these things but still, I want to mention that we are ignoring the rawness and originality of our tasteful fruits. We consume their fibers in shakes and smoothies but that is another good way of utilizing their fiber. We should take some time to eat them in raw form by peeling the skin and not the fiber. It is a good one to stimulate our digestion. As, I am not a dietician, so, avoid tough terms I would add that it is a way to love nature. Always try to avoid pack juices as they are according to my knowledge, all fake and full of artificial flavorings. Even artificial pulp is available in the market to give artificial flavors a touch of nature. Still, it is fake.

This is the season of taste and joy that is called Winters. We just enjoyed Christmas and it is s break time. Winter is at almost its peak. Snow is dropping and mesmerizing everyone. Though it is tough for locals, still we should be positive in our perspective. Enjoyment is everything, we should grab our happiness from the hectics of life. It is different but not difficult. No hurdle can stop us if we have the determination to live happily.
